Girl's Beginner 1&2 | Ages 5-6 and 7+

Girls Beginnger 1&2 is perfect for girls who are new to gymnastics or just starting their journey in the sport. Our coaches focus on building a strong foundation by teaching foundational skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, jumps, casts, pullovers, swings, and balance work. Students will also experience the excitement of our many trampolines! The class emphasizes coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence — all while having fun in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Girl's Intermediate 3&4

Girls Intermediate 3&4  is designed for gymnasts who have mastered their foundational elements and are ready to take the next step! Students will continue to build strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning more advanced skills such as roundoffs, back walkovers, back hip circles, dismounts, and more! Coaches will use progressions to teach flipping skills, handsprings, and more challenging bars skills, helping each gymnast grow at her own pace. The focus is on improving technique, building confidence, and preparing for higher-level gymnastics — all in a fun, supportive environment
