Boys is an hour long class for boys ages 7 & up. ¬†This beginner level class concentrates on developing balance and coordination, while building stamina through strength training and muscle development. Students are introduced to all men’s olympic equipment.¬†Evaluations (“skill charts”) are given to students on a regular basis so they and their parents can keep track of their progress.
