Boys

Boys is an hour long class for boys ages 7 & up.  This beginner level class concentrates on developing balance and coordination, while building stamina through strength training and muscle development. Students are introduced to all men’s olympic equipment. Evaluations (“skill charts”) are given to students on a regular basis so they and their parents can keep track of their progress.
